I've learned a lot of new skills during grade 11 English. These skills include: how to write an annotated bibliography, how to adapt an author's story to make it my own, and improved my essay writing. But think that the most important skill I learned is how to write a proper annotated bibliography, I think this because I was thinking about a path in English or maybe even the journalism field. This would help me in the future because as a journalist you need to sight your work and an annotated bibliography may be the best way to sight sources.
My Favourite Assessments
I am proud of this work because I put a lot of work into it and I think that in the end, it turned out great. I also thought that this was just a fun assignment to work on because I got to get really creative. The piece itself is essentially a mashup of Hamlet and The Fast And The Furious which sounds ridiculous but it ended up working out pretty good.
I am proud of this essay because of how much I truly tried to make it good, even though I didn't get a very good grade on it. The essay is about whether there is method to Hamlet's madness and my thesis was that his madness was feigned until it took over and became real.
I am proud of this essay because I got a drastically better grade on this than I got on my previous essay. In this essay, I compared the poems Dulce Et Decorum Est and The Song My Paddle Sings. I chose these because both of these poems because they display different opinions on what the world is, they present the horrors of mankind with the beauty of nature.

This was the second this I made an annotated bibliography and even though I made a couple of larger mistakes I'm proud of it because I time using this new skill. This assignment was meant for sighting my sources for the poetry essay.
This was my first attempt at making an annotated bibliography and that is the reason I'm proud of it. It was my first attempt at learning a new skill which I am typically very bad at. The assessment was again designed to sight sources for my Hamlet essay
